Total Spectrum is a forward-thinking company focusing on providing top-quality services to children with ASD. We’re all about helping a child reach their full-potential and are currently searching for ABA Therapists who share this same passion! As an ABA Therapist, you’ll be going in-home working 1:1 with a child with autism implementing programs that have been established by a BCBA.   • Provide direct services to clients by implementing all programs developed and/or approved by BCBA’s.

  • Programs implemented based on the Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

  • Collect and record data during each session.

  • Attend all scheduled team meetings.

  • Complete all mandatory trainings, including in the home trainings and online trainings.

  • Participate in on going evaluations during therapy sessions.

  • Complete all necessary paperwork as directed by consultants or administrative staff.

  • Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times when working with other staff, clients and families.

  • Commit to and follow a weekly schedule with each assigned family.

  • Collaborate with all team members.

  • Direct all questions and concerns to supervisors


  • Flexible, part-time schedule (typically weekdays between 3:00-7:30 p.m. and weekends)

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training

  • Opportunity to grow in the field of ABA

  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA or a related field

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes

  • Ability to multitask



  • Previous experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities

  • Evening hour availability and weekends
