We’re all about helping a child reach their full-potential and are currently searching for ABA Therapists who share this same passion! As an ABA Therapist, you’ll be going in-home working 1:1 with a child with autism implementing programs that have been established by a BCBA. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide direct services to clients by implementing all programs developed and/or approved by BCBA’s.

Programs implemented based on the Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Collect and record data during each session.

Attend all scheduled team meetings.

Complete all mandatory trainings, including in the home trainings and online trainings.

Participate in on going evaluations during therapy sessions.

Complete all necessary paperwork as directed by consultants or administrative staff.

Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times when working with other staff, clients and families.

Commit to and follow a weekly schedule with each assigned family.

Collaborate with all team members.

Direct all questions and concerns to supervisors
WHAT WE OFFER:

Flexible, part-time schedule (typically weekdays between 3:00-7:30 p.m. and weekends)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA or a related field

Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance

Excellent time management skills

Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes

Ability to multitask
PREFERRED:

Previous experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities

Evening hour availability and weekends
