Judy Lammons, MA, RBC
Judy received her Bachelors' degree in Psychology from Indiana University. She received her Master's degree in Psychology from Valparaiso University. Judy joined the BSI team in 2000 and continues to provide behavior therapy for individuals with developmental disabilities. She has extensive experience working within the mental health field serving populations with developmental disabilities and mental health issues.
Mike Manis, MS, EdS
Mike is a Licensed School Psychologist in Michigan and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. He received his Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Baylor University located in Waco, Texas. Mike received his Master's and Specialist's degrees in School Psychology from Andrews University located in Battle Creek, Michigan. Mike joined BSI in 2006. He has extensive experience in conducting psychoeducational assessments and specializes in the treatment of behaviorally challenged children and adolescents. Mike also has experience working with adults diagnosed with various developmental and mental health conditions.
Heather Skeen, MA
Heather received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English from Aurora University and completed her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Valparaiso University. Heather joined BSI in 2011. She has extensive experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programs, with an emphasis on Verbal Behavior, while working with children with autism and behavior-based needs. Heather also completed a two-term internship at the Valparaiso University Counseling Center where she provided more traditional counseling.
Rebecca Snyder, MA
Rebecca received her Bachelors' degree in Elementary Education from Purdue University. She received her Master's degree in Special Education from Governors State University. Rebecca has extensive experience conducting functional assessments, developing behavior programs, and teaching skills to individuals with developmental disabilities. She also has experience working with individuals with emotional handicaps.
Betsy Thomas, MS, BCBA
Betsy received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and her Master's degree in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. Betsy's experience includes serving as a practicum supervisor and case coordinator for an Early Childhood Developmentally Delayed classroom. Betsy also taught three behavior analytic courses and directed a Concepts of Behavior Analysis lab. Betsy joined BSI in 2009. In addition to working with children, Betsy worked in a community mental health setting, where she assisted with the treatment of adults diagnosed with various developmental and mental health conditions.
